Restaurant situated in Mogan Pueblo with big terrace with barbacue

The bar is currently closed since July 2019, but can easily be reopned again.

The restaurant is 185 m² divided into two levels, with few stairs to get to the outdoor panoramic terrace overlooking the valley.

The property have one large storage room of 56 m² below the sun terrace. The terrace is equipped with a sliding window system, in case it rains, but this is very rare. Mogan has the science, the world's best climate with max. hours of sunshine.

The property does not necessarily have to be used as a restaurant, it may be increased according to local building regulations with another 2 floors, so it could be transformed for holiday apartments or a guest house for tourists as exclusive loft with back unobstructable mountain views.

Here in the village is tranquil and the people enjoy the spectacular nature, which you can enjoy especially from the large sun terrace.

The exclusive marina in Puerto de Mogan is only 7 km away.

A place with many possibilities.

***********************************************

Just before you reach the sleepy, little town of Mogán you will come across a windmill standing at the side of the road in the tiny hamlet of El Molino de Viento (meaning windmill). And as you enter Mogán who will see the peculiar sight of life-size sculptures representing household utensils like cups and saucers. These bizarre objects are displayed in the neat gardens and can clearly be seen from the road.

Surrounded by rugged mountains, Mogán boasts a charming central square with colourful well-kept gardens around it and a pretty church dedicated to San Antonio.

In high season, you might find a bit more activity going on in the streets, as Mogán also boasts a couple of good restaurants, including Acaymo – one of the best on the island – and locals as well as visitors drive up to enjoy the good food in these relaxing surroundings and to take a breath of fresh air in this tranquil mountain village.

Judging from the great amount of archaeological finds made in this area, Mogán was very populated in prehistoric times but became deserted, as it was too isolated. Specific sites of particular interest nearby include Tauro Alto, Barranco de Arguineguín, Barranquillo de la Jara, Lomo Galeón and Cañada de La Palma.
