All apartments are located over one level and comprise of 2 and 3 bedrooms and x number of bathrooms, from about 66 m² to about 260 m² including terrace / balcony. Some units have rooftop. In 16 out of the 17 blocks there is an elevator that takes you from the lower level(s) to the apartment levels. Easy access.

The resort is just a short walk from the beaches and amenities of Arguineguin and within walking distance to the fashionable Anfi del Mar beach with white sand imported from the Caribbean. Only a few minutes drive to the lively Puerto Rico and about 10 minutes to Playa del Ingles. It only takes half an hour to get from the airport in Las Palmas to the picturesque fishing village.

The spectacular facility with innovative architecture dominates the terrain in the lower part of Calle Nayra, on a plot of approximately 16,000 m². With its soft terracotta coloring, large terrace areas, red pitched roofs and special pipes, Monte Carrera is different than other construction in the neighborhood.

The complex seems like a cozy, small village with architectural paths among small, green garden areas. In the middle of the complex you will find the beautiful pool area. Both pools for adults and for children, are tiled in blue and white mosaic tiles that gives an ocean-like feeling. It will be built a small wooden hut at the end of the pool area, that can be used as a bar. Here you can really enjoy life on one of our many sunbeds while reading a book and having the murmuring sound of the pool as background music.

Garage spaces, motorcycle parking spaces and store rooms can be purchased as well.

Arguineguín (Guanche for "quiet water"), also Arguineguín is one of the most populated towns along the south coast of Gran Canaria, Spain. A typical Canarian fishing village, it is home to many locals rather than being a tourist resort. It is part of the municipality of Mogán and is located southwest of Las Palmas.

There are several bars and restaurants, the latter specialising in fresh fish caught the same day. Tuesday is market day (the largest on the island). Arguineguin features a beach and a port. Tourism is not as popular in Arguineguin as in the larger places as Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles.
